Solution Focused - overcome challenges with creativity. Kindness - smile, encourage, and respect everyone. As a Full-time Tier 3 Senior IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers.

They install hardware and software and participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of their organization. System administrators also actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company. Will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware,

provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.

The IT Tier 3 Systems Administrator will assist the IT Manager in helping to empower breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility. In addition the Tier 3 IT Systems Administrator will work trouble tickets and incidents as they arise to maintain exceptional business functionality, documents and maintains records of changes and the steps taken to resolve problems incurred by users of computers, peripherals, and network infrastructure. The Tier 3 IT Systems Administrator creates and maintains relationships with vendors and routinely stages hardware, refreshes equipment for reissue, and performs helpdesk/support functions for Intercept's users (which requires travel).

Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field required field and Comp TIA A+, Net+, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Admin. and Cyber Security Certifications highly preferred. High School Diploma of equivalent considered with 4 or more years' experience in IT Administration, helpdesk/support or related experience. The selected candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Administration, helpdesk/support, network administration or related role with a professional business or organization.

Candidates must demonstrate solid experience with the following: Microsoft Windows 10 Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 Microsoft Azure Microsoft Hyper V VMWare Microsoft Shell Scripting Experience with scripting and automation tools Microsoft Active Directory - Moves, Adds, Changes & Deletions Microsoft Office 365 Suite Outlook, One Drive, Word, Excel, Skype, Teams, Yammer, Share Point, Delve, One Note, Power Point Apple i OS device Provisioning and setup Dell laptops, desktops & servers - Provisioning, setup and troubleshooting PC Cloning software Vo IP technology understanding Intermediate level Network understanding & troubleshooting (VLANs, TCP/IP, MAC Addressing, ACLs) and the use of command line tools to pinpoint network issues.

Operational/configuration of networking gear functionality (managed switches, routers, firewalls, access points, patch panels) Network & Cloud-based Security awareness Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that is always up and running Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols Essential duties include the following.

IT Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly Monitor LAN/WAN health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed Maintain IT assets (including hardware & software repairs) and related tasks as needed Maintain IT risks including, but not limited to, patch management, anti-virus, anti-spam, network security, data security related tasks as needed Provide user support issues to include training, use of software/hardware and problem resolution as requested Interface with IT related vendors and subcontractors including, but not limited to, Verizon, Comcast, Cox, TAG, etc.

Provide IT break/fix assistance to all users within company as needed Provide assistance on companywide IT projects as needed Document transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken Configures, maintains, and troubleshoots networking systems, such as managed switches, routers, firewalls, access points, patch panels install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone, IM, Skype, and/or Teams, to help set up systems or resolve issues Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Replace parts as required Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Support the roll-out of new applications Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs Work continuously on a task until completion (or escalate if appropriate) Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other technology professionals Test and evaluate new technology Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups NON-COMPUTER TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE Maintain assets associated with non-computer technical infrastructure (i.
