Developer assignment for the ESA ( Emergency Services Applications) team. The ideal candidate has experience with both programming (React, Java Script, Github) and EMS/Transport/First Responder experience. Develop new and monitor and maintain websites and applications across the stack utilizing understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, front-end and back-end languages.

Responsible for performing system analysis and design to include requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and development of applications and websites utilizing knowledge of programming languages and tools like Java, Java Script, Ruby, React, Angular, HTML, CSS Apache, Linux, SQL and

associated server-side technologies and IDEs. Review customer and vendor technical requirements. Provide technical support during and after implementations. Serves as a liaison between TSG groups, clients, and vendors.

Designs, develops and maintains websites and applications utilizing knowledge of web frameworks, APIs, databases, front-end and back-end languanges. Participates in the creation of web development standards, application life cycle analysis, application and web upgrades, security alerts, version upgrades, and network upgrades. Implements new websites and customized applications including integrations with data from various clinical, billing, licensing, and scheduling applications.

Performs troubleshooting between connected systems, applications, and servers including reviewing server logs, access logs, debugging, and knowledge of programming languages and tools like Java, Java Script, Ruby, React, Angular, HTML, CSS, Apache, Linux, SQL, Relational Databases, HTML, Azure, Windows, and Linux.

Utilizes troubleshooting and development tools including Jet Brains, Bit Bucket, Bamboo, Docker, Eclipse, and other IDEs and tools. Participates extensively in website and application design, build, unit testing, and integration testing with both technical and clinical resources with minimal supervision. Designs, develops, and maintains assigned programs and applications.

Conducts advanced design analysis including but not limited to planning implementations. Develops and maintains a working knowledge of assigned applications, websites, development, deployment, and maintenance tools. Tracks and resolves issues with minimal supervision. Manages assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Adheres to departmental policies and procedures. Serves as advocate for department initiatives and processes. Develops reference material for supported applications, scripts, etc. to be used for both online and in-person training of other technical staff.

Coordinates, plans, and conducts analysis of client business needs and identifies opportunities for maximizing system benefits with minimal supervision. Adheres to change management process including timely reporting of all pertinent change information, effective discussion of changes, internal and external communications, contingency planning, support of the change event and post change reporting as appropriate. Tests solutions by collaborating with team members through unit testing and integration testing with minimal supervision. Participates in an on-call rotation (both during business hours and after hours/weekends/holidays) with minimal supervision.

What We Require: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or equivalent work experience. Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred. Familiarity with full stack development including front-end and back-end languages, Relational Databases, and server configuration. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: One or more of the following is recommended: Azure Fundamentals Oracle Certified , Associate, Java Other Minimum Qualifications: Good organizational skills, analytical, dependable, detail oriented, interpersonal skills.

Effective communication skills (oral, written and presentation). Familiarity with Java, Java Script, Ruby, React, Angular, HTML, CSS, Apache, Linux, SQL, Relational Databases, HTML, Azure, and Linux preferred. Familiarity with Epic Kuiper, My Chart, Haiku/Canto, Rover, Interconnect, Chronicles or Data Courier preferred. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be customer service oriented.
