Taking support tickets as a team and supporting one another is what this position is all about. As a level II, you will regularly train other support staff and encourage them to develop their skills. Special projects will be assigned by the Support Manager regularly to enhance learning, gather and analyze data, improve processes, and build team relationships.

Being reliable, coachable, taking initiative, and having a great attitude will set you up for success in this position. What is Needed to be Successful?
