The ideal candidate will have experience managing Web/IT engineering , support system administration skills, PHP, C#, Node, and an understanding of transport configurations along with various other web/cloud technologies.

This role will help manage system and database administration to ensure the appropriate server performance supports the agency's web ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in and support all aspects systems administration for TEFIC and TEFII. Activities include, but are not limited to: Update XACTA 360 applications on COE K eep software/hardware inventory updated

C reate/modify test plans C reate/update architectural diagrams when needed Submit Security Change Forms (SIDR) Submit SWAP Requests as needed Work with TESR to obtain/maintain all TEFI SPIDs and accreditation Work with system admins on data calls Serve as Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Ensure that Matomo and the underlying architecture maintain accreditation across all supported domains.

Ensure all security policies are implemented across the systems. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 11+ years of experience Active TS/SCI Clearance; willingness to complete CI poly Demonstrated experience in documenting the management of systems

in an enterprise environment Demonstrated experience in managing system security management in primary networks.

Demonstrated experience managing the deployment, integration, and management of systems hybrid environments (a mix of virtual and physical IT infrastructure). DESIRED SKILLS Demonstrated experience with at least 5 of the following languages/technologies: Angular React Node Java Script (Node JS) Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Java Script (JS) Angular Java Script (Angular JS) / Asynchronous Java Script and XML (Ajax) Represented State Transfer (RES, Web Pack JS , Bootstrap JS, Linux, Solr , D3 and/or Python. Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
