for its undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs, working closely with the Division of Enrollment Management and Marketing and the Graduate School.

Job Summary: Leads for-credit undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts under the direction of CBA leadership and in partnership with the division of Enrollment Management and Marketing: Participates in all on-campus recruitment events in collaboration with the Office of Admissions.

Represents CBA at high school, technical college, and other state, regional and national recruitment events (e. g. Future Business Leaders of America and Distributive Education Clubs of America conferences). Meets individually with

prospective freshmen and transfer students and their parents to review programs of study, identify career pathways/outcomes and provide individual tours. Leads non-credit recruitment efforts under the direction of the CBA and Graduate School deans: Pursues and establishes relationships with businesses and organizations to encourage their employees to participate in CBA continuing and professional education programs.

Meets with prospective partners in person, traveling as necessary; maintains a record of recruitment activities and submits expense reports in accordance with state and university policies. Develops in collaboration with University Communications and Marketing informational

and promotional/marketing materials to generate interest in CBA’s non-credit programs.

Remains knowledgeable about all CBA continuing and professional education classes and programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience in higher education student recruitment. Experience in employee recruitment/talent acquisition may be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and five years of experience in student recruitment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Summary: Working knowledge of marketing and recruitment techniques and best practice. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft effective informational/promotional materials.

Effective presentation, networking, team-building and interpersonal skills. Ability to successfully prioritize and coordinate several projects/activities simultaneously; exercise sound judgment and discretion in working with confidential information; work both independently and collaboratively; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the general public. Sufficient technical ability to master software required to perform job duties.
