  • Location: Oxford, OH

To ensure that members of the University community, especially students, have the information needed to successfully navigate Miami’s technology environment, work with IT Communications staff to maintain and prepare content for digital and physical distribution.

Essential Duties: • Write and edit content for IT Services digital and print materials. • Assist with the management and regular review of digital content. • Assist with student-focused marketing research projects. • Take photos and video of IT events and technology being used. • Represent IT Services at campus events. • Other duties as required and/or assigned. Minimum Qualifications: ● Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal

communications skills ● High attention to detail ● Client service orientation ● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Apps ● Working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience writing about technology topics ● Experience creating video content for online distribution ● Working knowledge of basic still and video cameras and editing software ● Ability to read and understand data Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: See Minimum Qualifications.
