Establish and enforce ETL standards for documentation, development, and deployment; Implement ETL best practices and standardization. Perform large scale parallel processing of data, and develop, validate, and use methodologies to support analytic requirements in a Clustered Computing environment. Plan and develop the architectural runway to support new features and capabilities. Develop innovative solutions
to address data analytics challenges, to collect large volumes of data from varying sources, perform data cleansing, transformation, interpretation, inferencing, create solutions to overcome mission challenges, and communicate with interested stakeholders.
Manipulate high-volume structured and unstructured data to perform analysis and generate reporting/products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement solutions. Use analytic techniques and tools to perform technical targeting analytic support. Develop policies for data governance and modeling. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or
other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline and 7 years of experience OR a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.
Equivalent experience can be considered in lieu of degree. 3 years of Intelligence Community (IC) experience (can be concurrent with the above 7+ years of work experience) Technical skills: Python, Kafka, ETL processing, and data workflow products like Ni Fi. Experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex data applications at enterprise scale. Experience with creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree or Ph D in a related field.
Experience with analyzing and reporting diverse data. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Knowledge of commercial Cloud services ( AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) used by the IC. Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative. Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including communicating information to a senior executive audience. Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. The ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Clearance is required prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
