Pulls branch replenishment orders for distribution centers Prepares product for shipment, packing orders into various size boxes. Prepares skids for outbound shipments to branch or external customers. Loads customer and branch distribution centers shipments as scheduled onto designated common carrier and completes all required shipping documents. Print Shipping labels, shipping manifest, prepares bill of ladings,
product nonconformance's and other documents used through the warehouse.
Use various equipment in performing job. Works from RF device and paper work-orders. Operates a variety of industrial material handling equipment to include fork lifts, pallet jacks, and skid wrappers. Uses required packing materials including: tape machines, dunnage machines, gloves, bags. Uses shrink wrap, box ends, and other various packing techniques to package items for shipping. Performs various other functions as need including but not limited to: returns processing, cycle counts, item consolidation, physical counts. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED plus two years warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ensure part conformance using measurement tools including micrometers, indicators, height / depth gauges, comparators, and calipers Recommend new tools as required Develop set-up sheets and work procedures for machinists Optimize set-up times, cycle times and flow through the shop Analyze and recommend changes to workflow and layout of equipment to maximize efficiency and product flow. Recommend additional machines as needed to grow the business Create maintenance / upgrade programs to ensure machinery continues to run effectively Manage competing demands and tight deadlines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Develop and maintain supportive, professional relationships with designers and engineers; collaborate with designers and engineers to suggest design improvements for machinability of parts Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area using 5S principles.
