You will provide leaders with HR support in the areas of organizational structure, change management, employee relations, performance management and enforcing company policies and practices. What You'll Do as the Human Resources Manager: Consults with managers, supervisors and team leads, providing HR guidance when appropriate. This includes problem resolution support in dealing with performance management, employee relations issues
and organizational changes. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruiting, interviewing and assisting with the hiring of qualified job applicant. Provides consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures throughout the company. Partners with business unit leaders to backss strategic needs and establish department priorities. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Communicates and promotes
HR initiatives to assigned business units to ensure that initiatives are being utilized consistently and effectively throughout the organization.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Promotes and work as a company culture agent. Performs other duties as it relates to human resources, as assigned.
