Maintain client records, including training program evaluations,

Assist community members with resume writing, and other job readiness activities, as necessary. Counseling clients as needed to enhance motivation to work. Conducts ongoing post-placement follow up with employers to ensure successful employment outcomes and employer satisfaction. Coordinate childcare referrals and placements, as necessary. Provide intensive support for employed clients as necessary to promote job retention. Perform other duties as required.
