Ensure safety of residents and team members through screening of visitors, after hours. Answer phones, direct to appropriate persons. General administrative duties. Monitor and maintain the coffee bar. Monitor and supervise Chef’s Pantry inventory. Organizing and rolling silverware. Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby area. Maintain visitor sign in book. Accept and log in maintenance requests. Monitor
security cameras, escalate any observed issues. Maintain reservation books for private dining room, Social and Wellness sign-ups. Complete daily resident checks.
Jo b Requirements Demonstrated ability to read and understand English, understand and follow oral and written direction. Ability to be on-call for emergencies. Education/Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required. Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills. You must have good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skill as well as be an organized record keeper. Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft
Outlook, Word, Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications.
Must have the ability to prioritize demands and make sound decisions. Possess a strong sense of urgency. An ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities for this position include: Preplan startup jobsite safety backssments. Perform written jobsite safety inspections and policy reviews and take immediate corrective action as assigned. Give reprimands to employees who are not following the safety guidelines. Investigation of accidents and immediate filing of reports in accordance with the E&K Safety Systems. Monitor the medical
treatment and status of injured employees until they are fully released and/or the claim is closed, with the Safety Director. Filing and maintaining the employee Medical/Confidential files.
Identify needs and make recommendations for safety equipment and PPE. Provide required safety orientation for newly hired employees. Provide required safety training for all employees on an ongoing basis. Attend OSHA inspections, informal conferences, and DOT conferences and compliance reviews as assigned. Coordinate safety awards program. Attend and participate in all required company training programs. Conform to all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. To be successful in this
position, the candidate must have: Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety OR a safety certification from BCSP Knowledge of OSHA 1926 Construction and/or 1910 General Industry Standards as they pertain to our business.
