A Day in the life of a Caregiver As a Caregiver at Cornerstone VNA, you'll enjoy autonomy and independence while providing support
for clients in their homes from light housekeeping to meal preparation, and errands.
While working independently, support from your manager and your team is just a phone call away. At each visit, you'll provide assistance to each client in coordination with their individual plan. You'll play an important role if the life of each client by helping them achieve their personal goals, such as being able to stay at home and " age in place" You'll find great value and gain new experiences in supporting clients with diverse individual and cultural backgrounds. Since the Life Care - Private Duty program is one of five distinct programs at Cornerstone VNA, you'll be among a multi-disciplinary team of health care experts who can support you in your daily work.
