Help our infant grow and explore the world safely in a less structured routine. Collaborate with parents while allowing their parenting style to be your guide.
Teach her kindness with the example you set. Change diapers, bottle feed, assist with naptime, aid in her cognitive/motor/emotional development. Child-related cleaning and baby laundry, super simple dinner prep like chopping vegetables, loading the dishwasher, putting away groceries, and eventually doing baby-related cooking. Set yourself apart: You have Montessori experience, you speak
Spanish, and/or have an education in Early Child Development. You have some flexibility to do a variation on the hours which will be at least 40 hours a week, and would be okay with some overtime if needed.
