Consistently demonstrates good customer service and a helpful demeanor. Responds immediately to unusual or emergency situations on campus taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of Parkside staff, patients, guests, and property. Quickly and safely directs

emergency responders on the property when emergency situations occur.

Works with local law enforcement and/or other first responders as needed. Enforces parking restrictions as posted. Works with other departments in routine safety activities including fire drills, weather safety and other alerts. Prepares incident reports to document facts and findings, completing daily activity reports to ensure department communication. Obtain and maintain CLEET Unarmed Security Officer License throughout employment. Perform other duties as assigned.
