Skid Steer experience is a plus. Duties Include - Prepare molds by cleaning, oiling, and setting up forms. Assisting in the pouring of concrete into the forms. Stripping and cleanup of the forms. Moving and yard storage of the blocks. Keeping the work area clean - sweeping, shoveling, etc. Cleaning and oiling forms. Material handling - assist with loading and unloading raw materials and other supplies. Inserting lifting hooks into
the blocks during pouring. Physical Requirements - Must be able to work in a plant around heavy equipment. Work will be performed outside year-round. This position requires climbing, standing and/or bending for long periods of time during the day.
Ability to move about the exterior of the production facility in a safe manner. Able to lift/push/pull 50-100 pounds. Use and handle various tools and equipment including concrete vibrators and hand tools. This is not an all-inclusive list of duties; they may change at any time with or without notice.
