(SCA 21050) Essential Functions: · Receive incoming material · Receive repairable assets and supplies from shippers, accept, transfer from dock to staging area, and unpack (may include disassembly of returned electrical/electromechanical/telemetry equipment). · Inspect, properly identify, and log in parts and supplies · Unpack and file returned items on supply shelves in proper location for repair, resupply, or disposal. · Enter equipment item status into database driven logistics inventory system, participate in inventory audits,
and copy data onto Government forms. · Data entry to create, update, and maintain computerized records for inventory and property accountability: · Log in received repairable assets by creating Work Order Number (WON) in database · Change Serial Number in database · Change Agency Stock Number (ASN) in database · Log in received vendor repaired parts · Transfer repaired parts to the National Logistics Support Center (NLSC).
COR may identify parts for emergency processing in which contractor shall process within 2 hours. · Pack reconditioned equipment items: · Maintain warehouse parts and equipment · Place parts in boxes · Lift and stack boxes and/or parts on pallets · Move parts, boxes, and pallets to/from assigned shelving or warehouse space · Process returned Radiosondes, i.
e. unpack; pack and prepare for shipping to vendors for reconditioning · Participate in annual Inventory Audits conducted by external auditors · Perform daily/weekly randomly generated inventories to document accuracy of inventory data tracking · Deliver equipment to repair and or inspection units at NRC · Assist with mail delivery · File documentation · Assist in disposal of excess equipment using prescribed processes and procedures · Document logistics data, equipment failure data, purchase data, shipping data, and inventory data on government forms · Prepare weather information packages and letters to respond to individuals Requesting information when returning found radiosondes · Ability to use MHE and other types of equipment as required to move and stage material · Understand and meet established productivity and quality control goals associated with assigned functional area/process.
· Follow established guidelines in performing day-to-day routine tasks as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Manuals, and Audit Readiness standards, etc.

Qualifications Experience: · Prior experience using database driven logistics inventory systems · Experience supporting physical inventory checks against database driven logistics inventory systems · Experience identifying repairable electronic and electro-mechanical assets and properly receiving, transferring, and logging in those assets into a database driven logistics inventory system · Prior packing experience · Prior warehousing experience: putting parts in boxes, lifting and stacking a wide range of sizes and weights of boxes and pallets, operating electric carts and forklifts, moving boxes/pallets to/from assigned locations · Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines · Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel Skills: · Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions, perform common mathematical tasks, and communicate effectively.
