Duties are as followed but not limited to: Install molds into foundry machines, operate 2 or more molds and equipment concurrently, file, saw, buff, operate molds and equipment on a production basis, sandblast equipment, punch press, furnaces, sand core machines and equipment, band saw, buffing and deburring tools and degating mill, handle molten aluminum safely and without creating turbulence, and other duties as assigned.
Great starting wages $14.50 with step increase of $1.00/hr plus a 9% or 6% shift premium for evening and overnight shifts. (After 30 days newly hired employees will be eligible for $1.00/hr increase).
Within 30 days you should be making $15.50 to $16.90 depending on your shift. There are several other incentives so you can earn extra $$$$$$ Come join our team!
