m. - 6:00 a. m. ) at the Burley, Idaho plant. Under limited supervision, the Sanitation Laborer performs any of a variety of cleaning and sanitation work in all areas of the plant following established sanitation standards, procedures and practices. The sanitation laborer uses a variety of equipment such as high pressure hoses and cleaning chemicals during their shift. The sanitation laborer completes all assigned work on a daily basis
while working in a safe manner following all safety rules, including LOTO, and JSA’s.
This position supports Production and Quality Control. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred. • Must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions. • Must have ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees. • Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. • Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
The person in this position is required to obtain and maintain a factory issued power industrial vehicle (PIV) license within 30 days of employment.
