team as a General Laborer at our Des Moines, IA facility. Shift available is 3rd shift. 3rd shift is 11:30pm - 7:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with the possibility of overtime.
Starting pay is $21.10 and may be higher depending on experience. 3rd shift also has a shift premium of 6% of your base pay! DUTIES: Prepare forms for painting. Move and stack parts as required. Operate banding equipment. Complete Quality Audit process. Operate material handling equipment. Record labor on work order and time Aid in manufacturing as assigned. Perform assignments in warehousing as required. Clean and maintain work area on daily basis. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Load and unload parts
on and off paint line conveyors Clean and repair reconditioned equipment Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will possess a High school diploma or equivalent and have the ability to read imperial and metric tape measurements. Preferred candidates will have experience with the following tools: grinders, air chippers, air impact wrench, various wrenches, material handling equipment, banding equipment, overhead crane, and forklifts. Post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen required. We participate in E-Verify. EOE
