Document signage that cannot be made in-house and submit for outside signage company. Participates in Zone Maintenance. Zone Assignment: An area or square footage to take personal responsibility for routine daily. Maintenance needs: Be a proactive problem solver, and maintenance coordinator for your area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures. Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back
in correct placement. Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure. Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task. Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor. Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines. Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet. Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. Performs other duties as assigned.

Performs repairs in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules and OSHA. (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements. Performs preventive maintenance inspection (PM); diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components
including but not limited to balers, conveyors, hydraulic power packs, eddy currents, electro-magnetic belts, optical sorters, diverters, compressors, trash compactors, motors, glass breakers, wire tie systems, fans, pumps, forklifts, front-end loaders and building equipment.
Maintains DEI (Daily Equipment Inspections) backlog. Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and advises Sr. Plant Maintenance Manager if additional work is needed, or cannot be completed within the Standard Repair Times (SRTs). Inspects the quality of third party repairs and or rebuilds. Recommends measures to improve production, equipment performance and product quality Ability to multi-task
and manage multiple priorities. Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.
Ability to perform under limited supervision. Requires a flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends to support operating schedule and the needs of the facility. Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Conducts physical parts inventories. Leads, non supervisory employees and other staff that may include contractors, consultants and/or temporary employees. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns in plant. Ability to perform under minimal supervision. Requires a flexible work schedule which may include nights and weekends to support operating schedule and the needs of the facility.
Maintains a safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures to include but not limited to Hazardous Energy Control Procedures, Lock Out/Tag Out and Confined Space protocol. Performs general data entry in order to track parts inventory, time on job and work completed. General use of computer for communication and tracking purposes. III.
