You'll supervise a team of technicians, providing support and leadership in their everyday
work assignments. You will mentor and motivate your technicians and other employees you interact with. You will provide training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their personal performance and growth.
Assign work orders and follow up to make sure repairs are completed. Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment. Communicate to your team how they are doing; recognize and reward them, but also counsel any performance issues. Complete paperwork and documents, and make sure your team completes their paperwork. Safety is very important, you'll do safety checks through out the day. And other relevant duties to your job. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM.
You must have some supervisory or leadership experience, and good at leading people with positive reinforcement.
