The Job: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing predictive/corrective maintenance on systems and processes to support our goals and objectives.

Your expertise in maintenance will be crucial in ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. What is Pro Services is looking for in a Maintenance Technician? 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance Passion for working with hands and repairing machinery Proficiency in electrical and mechanical predictive and corrective maintenance

Ability to work with various AC and DC voltages, including 120/240, 277/480, 4,160, 13,800, 12, 24, 120, and 240Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) at both low voltage (480) and medium voltage (4,160) levels.

Ability to configure and troubleshoot using local interface and communication software. Understanding of the working components of PLC/VFD systems. Familiarity with equipment such as Corrugators, Flexo Printers, Rotary Die Cutters, and Folder Gluers. Proficiency in maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and troubleshooting with communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with a focus on hydraulics.

Experience in maintaining electrical equipment and components, including frequency controllers, electrical conductors, conduit, cable trays, power panels, motor control centers, and overhead lines. Daily Physical Demands Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, stairs, ramps, and scaffolds and bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, squat, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery. Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Must be able to visually inspect machines. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. Must be able to traverse wet, slippery, unsteady, irregular, narrow, vibrating or moving surfaces. Site specific physical and safety requirements may apply. Ability to wear job specific PPE required.
