Job Responsibilities Include: · Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests· Fix minor plumping and electrical issues· Install and repair appliances· Repair general punch items· Trash out recently vacated apartments· Ensure apartment home will pass inspection for new move in· Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, and light drywall repair· Painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots· Work on-call if hired permanently Must Have’s: · Light electrical
