Your duties
will include, but are not limited to: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community, including grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, leasing office, pools, amenities, and other common areas.
Performing repairs and replacements within the scope of management responsibility. Reviewing daily work order priorities with the Service Tech/Community Manager at the beginning and end of each day. Complying with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks, including HVAC filter

Assisting with landscaping for the community. Performing exterior/interior painting. Replacing exterior/interior light bulbs and globes. Working knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance programs, irrigation and pool systems, large and small appliance repair preferred.
