In this role you would ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You are responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic components of: machinery plumbing physical structures forklifts electrical wiring fixtures within the facility or on the grounds in accordance with blueprints, schematics, manuals and building codes.

the compactor area. Ability to make all necessary electric lighting replacements in public areas and clean all tiled areas as required. Responsible for reporting to the supervisor all items in the building which require maintenance repair such as: elevators, doors, windows, railings, etc.
Ability to keep the areas free of debris around trash containers, and throughout the development. Skilled in snow removal and grass cutting duties whenever necessary. Incumbent may be called back to work after regular working hours in the event of an emergency. Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and move over 50 pounds.
