Job Responsibilities • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized • Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned • Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management • Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers,
etc.

Perform routine maintenance & repairs on machinery, equipment. Maintain and repair hot water heaters, and furnaces. Remove snow and ice when required. Maintain all mechanical equipment used in up keep of facilities. Assist in inspections of agency vehicles. Make recommendations on the effective use, repair, control purchase or care of the physical plant Estimate and submit a list of necessary materials when not on hand
Assist with special events. Provide emergency, on-call coverage when needed. Requirements : High School Diploma 3-5yrs of hands-on maintenance, renovation and/or building rehab experience Knowledge of standard tools Familiar with Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting Valid Driver’s License w/ good driving record!
