Job Responsibilities • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized • Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned • Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management • Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers,
etc.

Responsibilities Will fill-in for areas on a day to day need after training is completed in all areas May operate equipment normally associated with food service, custodial, office and grounds maintenance including: vacuums, buffers, power washers, lawn mowers, tractors, ovens, convection ovens, toaster, blender, various maintenance tools, computers, etc.
May insure all chemicals and cleaning agents are handled, mixed and stored complying with OSHA, NFPA and “Right to Know” regulations. Replaces light bulbs and diffusers. May assist in performing fire drills. May open and secure assigned buildings. May perform general maintenance of grounds to include cutting
grass, planting of flowers and shrubs and installation of mulch. Helps remove snow and ice when required. May be required to assist maintenance staff with project work.
