the compactor area. Ability to make all necessary electric lighting replacements in public areas and clean all tiled areas as required. Responsible for reporting to the supervisor all items in the building which require maintenance repair such as: elevators, doors, windows, railings, etc.
Ability to keep the areas free of debris around trash containers, and throughout the development. Skilled in snow removal and grass cutting duties whenever necessary. Incumbent may be called back to work after regular working hours in the event of an emergency. Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and move over 50 pounds. Skilled in operating equipment such as commercial vacuums, floor
buffers and carpet cleaners. Good time management, organizational, multitasking, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision. Must have and maintain a current driver's license and be insurable under the Authority's automobile insurance.
