The Janitor dusts such items as blinds, furniture, file cabinets and desks that are not cluttered. The Janitor cleans windowsills and windows. The Janitor maintains janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner. The Janitor maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition. The Janitor provides proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals. The Janitor purchases cleaning supplies as necessary. The Janitor

replaces light bulbs and fuses. The Janitor assists the Maintenance Manager of general maintenance of grounds including removal of snow from sidewalks and salting of walkways.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS; High School or General Education Development (GED) diploma. Six months or more of related experience. Valid Missouri driver's license. General handyman skills preferred.
