as needed Communicate effectively with internal customers, outside equipment vendors, management and peers Track equipment parameters/problems and assist in capital expenditure justifications using maintenance related software packages BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent 5+ years’ experience manufacturing, facilities maintenance or repair ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Willingness and ability to be available for emergency “on call” status as needed ▪ Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Ability to use tools including pneumatic and standard crimpers, hand tools and power tools such as drills Ability to bend, stoop, squat,
stretch, reach Ability to distinguish basic colors Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to work with hands extended above the head and while standing on ladder Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time Exceptional safety record and commitment to following safety protocols.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years’ experience in areas of HVAC, electrical and plumbing Knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions in relation to analysis, diagnosis, and repair of equipment problems Machine shop experience including knowledge of safe operation of vertical mill, lathe, drill press and band saw Welding experience Experience with machine maintenance Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and blueprints.
