Summary: These positions will routinely perform all aspects of Industrial Maintenance activities such as; breakdown repairs, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance and special projects on all company equipment and facilities. Maintenance Career Opportunities Current Wage Range is $30.26 to $37.10 per hour. With our comprehensive training and progression program- plus Skill Pay, you could
potentially be earning over $42.00 per hour in less than 3 years! This positions require one or more of the following: 1-year technical certificate and 2, or more years of verifiable experience.
A 2-year technical degree in an industrial maintenance or engineering field. 3 or more years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience. Advanced Apprentice, licensed, or Journeyman level Tradesmen. Effective communication and time management skills are a must. Candidates must be energetic, have a positive attitude and can work with minimal supervision. The Dubuque facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard maintenance work shifts are (3) 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Weekend

Perform janitorial tasks including the reparation and maintenance of equipment and building facilities. Transport residents in company vehicles as scheduled. Why You Are Qualified: Associates’ Degree and 2 to 5 years of related experience; or accredited maintenance training and 4 to 6 years of related experience preferred Obtain and maintain Chauffeur License within 30 days of hire Applicable state licensure required Must possess a general knowledge of laws and restrictions regarding Assisted Living care, as well as a solid understanding of opportunities and limits of other levels of care within senior living.
