will also work with information security and technology leaders, along with line of business management to strategize on information security solutions and controls that manage threats and mitigates risk. The Principal Engineer will maintain an advanced awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security and will participate in recommending changes to address gaps identified in processes and technologies.

This position will represent the CTM on status and planning calls as well as in leadership forums. They will need to describe complex interwoven issues to the line of business partners, technology managers and executives. In this role, you

will: Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization Provide Subject Matter Expertise on offensive operations and evolving Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) Provide regular threat/risk briefings to senior management regarding issues raised by the CTM.

Present findings within a context of overall risk to the enterprise. Collaborate with our defensive teams to enhance detection effectiveness Provide support and drive strategic initiatives for

the business Maintain an advanced awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security Help identify security risks and solutions for the bank Provide insight to address gaps identified in people, processes and technologies.

Recommend compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives Lead complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more business lines Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including technical managers as well as executives Guide the offensive security teams to achieve their objectives Mentor and guide talent development of team members Required Qualifications, US: 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 7+ years of experience in briefing senior level executives and key stakeholders around red team activities 7+ years of information security reporting and analysis experience Desired Qualifications: Thorough understanding of concepts and principles related to security, strategy, management, and intelligence analysis Ability to work productively with a variety of stakeholders (and their associated, sometimes conflicting) interests within the enterprise Ability to work with and against internal resistance, and, as necessary, build consensus for red teaming within the enterprise Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically, theoretically, and pragmatically Experience articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management Knowledge and understanding of threat analysis and backssment of potential and current information security risk/threats Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) products Certifications in one or more of the following: Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP), Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), or Offensive Security Web Expert (OSWE) Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Experience working in a large enterprise environment Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders Job Expectations: Ability to travel 10% or more of the time Locations: 1525 W WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 2600 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ 550 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN 6051/6061 N State Hwy 161, Irving, TX Please note: Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
