Position Overview: We're hiring a Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the Space Systems Command work in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of cybersecurity operations and will partner with program/site leads as well as government staff and mission partners
to maintain an effective information security program. Position Responsibilities: Conduct risk analysis on products, reviewing CVEs, plugins, CWEs etc. Facilitate technical insertion for new products Review change requests for security impacts and technical documentation from a security perspective Provide technical input in addition to trade studies for tools, etc.
Requirements Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or other related field and nine (9) years or more experience, or Master's degree and five (5) years or more experience Three (3) years of experience working in information assurance or cybersecurity roles supporting classified
environments Do D 8570 IAM Level II or higher baseline certification (CISSP preferred) Additional training and/or certifications may be required within 6 months of hire Acceptable baseline certifications can be found at public.
