This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities As an Operator Station Test Engineer for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA you will: Develop test requirements and goals leveraging standards and data sources for C&F Operator Station components. Plan testing activities including definition of testing scope, development of test fixtures, define part list requirements and support procurement, and coordinate test assembly and instrumentation. Execute testing activities including data collection and processing.

Communicate testing progress and results with key stakeholders and document test results.

Demonstrated experience managing several projects simultaneously. Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. What Makes You Stand Out Experience and ability to collect and analyze technical data. Experience with reliability tools and data analysis. Experience developing design guidelines and/or engineering analysis procedures. Experience with 3D modeling tools, such as Creo and Solidworks. Familiarity with Construction and Forestry Equipment.
