What will you do Key Responsibilities- The Reliability Engineering Manager (REMgr. ) is responsible for will lead technical personnel to ensure maximum production output through the continuous improvement of site assets. The REMgr. is also accountable for achieving failure rate targets while maintaining cost controls, as it pertains to reliability aspects. This role may also pick up additional projects based on site needs and

available capacity. The three initiatives are: Improve site asset productivity - focused on reducing the overall impact to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) from asset failures.

backss site assets & collaborate on a future strategy - will determine current condition of site assets through obsolescence studies, resource utilization (labor, cost, downtime, etc. ) reports, and assets criticality and condition backssments to collaborate and determine a future strategy around capital replacement, restoration, etc. Develop measurement & tracking metrics - supply and analyze needed information to develop a site reliability strategy, in collaboration with a cross functional team.

Responsibilities Provide strategy & execution around engineering equipment design & construction, critical spares, preventive maintenance execution & optimization, cost optimization, reliability tools (RCPS/FMECA/REM/etc. ), & other various aspects of Reliability Engineering, in accordance with Manufacturing Asset Management program. Develop & maintain a site asset criticality list, asset condition list, condition based/time based/predictive maintenance plans, & downtime measurement tools Support implementation of the Operator Asset Care (OAC) and Op Tech programs Collaborate with Regional & Global Maintenance strategies Lead change management and communications Train, mentor, coach team members where needed to ensure team successes Facilitate problem solving sessions with cross functional teams, across the site Connect across KENVUE network to leverage best practices and collaborate on creative solutions Accomplish tasks using indirect influence with cross-function teams Deliver solutions that meet all c GMP, environmental, and safety requirements Ensure quality and compliance in all actions by: Attend GMP training on the schedule designated and appropriate for the role.

Adhere to strict compliance with procedures applicable to the role. Exercise the highest level of integrity in tasks performed. In a timely and prompt manner, identify, report and seek correction for deviations noted in the workplace. Embrace a behavior of employee involvement and commitment to doing the job right the first time. Qualifications: What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or related discipline is required. 8 + years related experience in Operations, preferably manufacturing knowledge in an FDA regulated environment.

Knowledge of c GMPs and proven Leader behaviors and Credo values is required. Must demonstrate a mastery of the analytical skills and professional judgment required to resolve major technical issues. Must be capable of making effective executive management level presentations, writing formal reports dealing with both technical and business implications and preparing project plans while identifying and understanding the inter-relationships of related disciplines and key activities. Excellent interpersonal, communication and digital literacy is required. Desired Qualifications Experience with high-speed automation assembly equipment is preferred.

Experience with PLCs, vision systems, robotics and automation is preferred. Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and/or Lean Certificate (Black Belt or Green Belt) is preferred.
