This position is 100%-time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift. Duties to include: Evaluates, procures, and audits the delivery of goods and services. Processes specimens for microbiologic analysis. Assists with inventory management. Maintains inventory/equipment databases.
May assist with financial analysis of supplier contracts and proposals. Interacts with internal and external customers, answering routine questions regarding supply chain processes and procedures. chain, clinical, or laboratory support setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel Desirable Qualifications: Experience with medical supplies and equipment, service, or professional agreements is desired.
Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations, specifically those related to finance, purchasing, and payroll is highly desired. Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task.
