Lapeer, Michigan Responsibilities: Conduct backssments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, and emotional needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies and behavior management plans.
Provide counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Offer guidance and consultation to teachers and staff on student support strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs). Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to ensure students' academic progress. Qualifications: Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field. State certification
or licensure as a School Psychologist in Michigan (or eligibility for certification). Previous experience in a school setting is preferred. Strong backssment, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
