Position Overview: The Support Technician serves as the first point of contact via phone call for employees seeking technical assistance for computing and phone issues. Providing immediate assistance with troubleshooting, resolution, or escalation is the primary function.
Responsibilities: Receive incoming phone calls in a call center environment Maintain and troubleshoot PC network connectivity to provide maximum uptime.
