Performs general accounting activities according to company policies and procedures Prepares routine and adjusting journal vouchers Maintains various subsidiary records, ledgers, and workpapers supporting financial account balances and activity Performs monthly reconciliations on accounts related to the company's daily operations Performs related duties as assigned by the finance team managements Prepares confidential bi-weekly payroll and payroll tax upload files Assists with external audit expense schedule for Audit Committee meeting, which requires review of invoices/spend and judgmentally categorizing such spend On a monthly basis, as part of bank reconciliation procedures, partner with Shared

Services/AP to analyze non-posted transactions, investigate variances, and perform coding corrections Cross-trained in various functions, as required by finance team management Understanding of accounting and budget processes, internal controls, bookkeeping procedures Advanced Excel experience; Microsoft Dynamics would be preferred Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and present varied financial data Able to skillfully use computerized accounting system and basic Microsoft office products Able to contribute to a successful work group by listening to and taking time to understand management's and co-worker's suggestions and concerns and offer constructive suggestions and ideas that help the

team to meet or exceed objectives and goals Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted in the course of assigned responsibilities and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Technology knowledge and familiarity with proficiency in Excel Working knowledge of ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, etc.

) Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
