mentoring and training less experienced personnel; scheduling and prioritizing work; performing concrete and grout repairs to the dam and infrastructure, assisting with the gate replacement project and dam maintenance; operating heavy equipment; performing blasting and coating projects, completing construction projects; inspecting BRA property and dam for needed repairs; performing maintenance functions; welding structures as needed; and completing work related to steel fitting.
Other responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance and record keeping; inspecting the dam at least monthly; assisting the RSMU Maintenance Superintendent as needed; and any other duties as assigned.
⬢ ⬢ ⬢ Job Requirements A minimum of seven years of concrete experience. Proficient with concrete repair, concrete form building, fabrication, fitting and cutting.
