CNC Machinist
using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and a range of precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read, understand, and implement instructions from blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Assembly Involvement: Participate in the assembly of components, contributing to the final product assembly when necessary. Qualifications: In-depth mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of machining processes. Proficient in the use of various hand tools and power tools.
Demonstrated experience in programming and operating CNC machines, with a preference for expertise in Mazatrol controls. Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
Knowledge and experience in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and precision measuring tools. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certification or training in CNC machining or related fields.
