RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Trim work including base trim and crown molding, miscellaneous cabinet trim Minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC Miscellaneous siding, soffit, fascia work Window replacements and bending of aluminum trim Deck repairs and maintenance Minor tile, flooring, drywall repairs; painting touchups REQUIREMENTS: Residential Carpentry experience and knowledge of framing and finish Able to work independently; think outside the box Have your own tools Drive a truck or van Have a clean background check and valid driver's license Have excellent time management skills and comfortable managing your schedule BENEFITS: Steady
