Maintain good relationships with employees, managers, and corporate staff. Satisfy all work orders and requests from the corporate office in a timely manner Regularly and proactively inspect grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures, kitchen equipment and buildings for preventative measures Assist in the oversight of project work and outside contractors.
Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined Make equipment repairs as necessary Qualifications Ability to read and interpret documents including but not limited to safety procedures and laws, operating instructions, safety and procedure manuals, and dispatched work orders. Strong communication skills Ability to solve
practical problems in a variety of situations Candidate with a background in restaurant equipment is strongly preferred. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
HVAC and refrigeration experience is a plus. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Five years of working experience in a maintenance department or other technical related training. Ability to direct and motivate other team members to complete specific tasks Ability to follow directions Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to give technical guidance to other team members. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Detail oriented with the ability to maintain
accurate documentation. Flexible work schedule and the ability to work other shifts as needed.
