Skills Basic computer skills, mechanically inclined; entry knowledge, understanding and ability to comply with all Federal, State, Local, and Company regulations, policies, guidelines, and procedures, including use of tools (hand tools and power tools) and other equipment such as shovels and rakes and operation(s) of fork lift, tractor, or man-lift.

Required to complete all required certifications and training to know and become competent in Holly Asphalt’s basic tasks under direct supervision while completing classroom and CBT training and expectations within a 90 day period. Ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication, basic reading and writing

skills, with the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility None Work Conditions Outdoor based. Petroleum refinery, warehouse/plant environment, indoor office, and driver based environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating equipment and working in confined spaces. Must be available to work a flexible schedule (e. g. overtime, weekends, holiday and rotating shifts). Subject to all temperatures, weather and varying road conditions.
