We are currently seeking a Day Shift Maintenance Technician Qualified candidates will possess strong electrical and mechanica l skills to s up port medical manufacturing operations in Seymour , IN.

The successful candidate will support all plant Electrical and mechanical Systems by pro v iding technical e x pertise and ma i ntenance support to ensure ma x imum uptime. Active l y support the Manufacturing organization through troub l eshooting , prob l em identifi cation and resolution. Depending on the complexity and urgency of the iss ue th is acti v ity may be direct

h a nd s-on trouble s hooting together w ith superv i s in g contractors in a 24/7 manufactur i ng Ensure pr eve ntative and predictive maintenance systems are in place and that ta s ks and required repair actions are properly prioritized and comp l eted to assure maximum system reliability in a cost -effective manner.

Maintain and enhance existing systems by increasing functiona li ty and reliability of t hese systems to improve items such as decreased setup time , simpli fied machine operation, ease of troub l eshooting. Perform i n hou se calibrat ions of process instructions and comple te documentation required to meet c GMP requirements. Key Success Factors: Desire and ability to participate in a collaborative team-based environment to support accomplishment of company goa l s while remain ing focused on indi vi dual goals and the contribution of the Maintenance Department.

Wo r king know l edge of e l ectrical sy stems , and HVAC Must be curre n t with th is te chno logy and capab l e of t rouble shoot i ng and repair. Working know led ge of industr i a l process control equipment including PC based HMI systems used in the Seymour facility. Working know ledg e of industria l facility infra str u c ture - compressors, recirculating water systems, conveying systems, fire safety systems, Fami li ar with NEMA and IEC Excellent decision making and problem-solving sk ill s that allow individual success i n a very results -oriented Exce ll ent co mmuni cations & influencing ski lls in an environment of multiple disciplines and varying skills requirements.

Organizational abi lit y to s imultaneously manage multiple activities in a fast - paced dynamic environment. Ability to communicate activities (bot h wins and losses) effective l y at all organizat i ona l le Demonstrated comm itment and abili ty to motivate others. Desire and ability for continued professional growth within PD Pharmatech through technical, business, and behavioral accomplishment.

Able to administer Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software including generating, closing, and recording work orders to meet c GMP Job Requirements Attributes/Skills Required/Sought: Demonstrated ab ilit y to build relationships and team within a ll l evels in the organization. Act i on oriented, quick learn er , self-directed. Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountab il ity. Strong organizat ion a l Good written & verba l communication/presentation ski Analytical, problem so l ver with strong troubleshooting skills.

Read and Int erpret Electrical and Hydraulic drawings/blue prints. Strong written and verba l communication skills, good interfacing skills. Must be ab le to perform vigorous physical activity including climbing and wa lki ng the plant Experience/Education: Minimum 2 to 5 years' relevant Experience supervising contractors. Experience identifying and executing equipment improvements. Strong background in a planned, proactive maintenance environment. Demonstrable ability to work independently as well as team oriented to achieve ma i nte n ance goals.
