Supply Chain Co-op/Intern Our Supply Chain Co-op/Intern will support various transformation and strategic project initiatives for our Analytics and Planning, Logistics, Distribution, and Raw Materials teams.

This experience will help you gain significant exposure to the Supply Chain function and further develop your business acumen, analytical capabilities, strengthen your presentation and communication skills, and expand your knowledge with various systems and programs. Where will you work: Fish Hawk site located in Lithia, FLHousing and relocation can be provided for qualified

candidates. Term May 13, 2024 up to 8 months Full time Co-Op/Internship. 40 hrs a week. What will you do? Exposure to the Supply Chain function through supporting projects across the group; including partnering with our Raw Materials, Planning & Analytics, Distribution and Logistics teams to uncover improvements in efficiency, operational capability, cost savings and other sources of supply chain improvement.

Work directly with our Transformation and Analytics Leads in conducting research, performing analysis, identifying, and presenting on business metrics and making recommendations. Work with the team in reviewing business processes and systems and provide recommendations on improvements.

Job shadow opportunities with our Planners and Coordinators to provide support during the peak season and gain an understanding of how their roles support the business.

Leverage established Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools to focus on effective materials management, inventory management, planning, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management to continuously improve customer experience. Opportunity to work alongside industry mentors, gaining specific Supply Chain knowledge, experience and exposure. What do you need for this role? Sophomore level or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Agriculture Economics, Finance, or a related field.

A desire to gain professional experience in Analysis, Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics. Strong MS Excel, Word, and Power Point skills and proficiency with visualization/reporting tools considered an asset. Demonstrated experience using data to strengthen decision-making capabilities. 2.75 GPA or higher 1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is required Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.
