Essential Duties and Responsibilities Machine repair and maintenance which consists of the following skills: Electrical troubleshooting – metal sawing equipment, welding equipment, CNC mills and lathes, manual machining equipment and presses. Pneumatic troubleshooting of compressed air systems and tools Troubleshooting hydraulic
systems used in various applications in the shop. Mechanical repair of above mentioned equipment Vehicle fleet and forklift repair as needed Building repair and maintenance Install and repair building wiring: single and 3 phase circuits Install and repair light fixtures, outlets, light switches Install and repair plumbing fixtures Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment Prep and paint building surfaces efficiently and effectively Ceiling tile install/repair Carpet installation/repair Metal roof patch/repair General installation of pictures, dry erase boards, etc.
