Hybrid with three dedicated office days of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with the opportunity to work from home Wednesday and Friday. You will also be eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. The Project Cost Associate will partner with the North American Capital team to provide project controls support. This position works closely with Project Managers on forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and completion reports.
What you'll do: Prepare accruals, project reconciliations, monthly variance analysis, and maintain project reporting data Assist Project Managers with project forecasting by WBS (work breakdown structure) Prepare Fixed Asset completion reports, and support Project Managers with project closeouts Maintain compliance with the Capital Allocation Policy and SOX controls Perform ad-hoc reporting requests to support the Capital team What you'll need: Associate degree with a concentration in Accounting or Administration Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required Excellent Interpersonal skills Solid verbal and written communication skills Positive,
