Direct Deposit Pay Paid Every Week Up to $1000 a year for Education and Training Bonus opportunities Up to 5 weeks paid-time-off (PTO) Continuous Technical Training Company van Company outings Responsibilities of a Master Electrician: Wire all types of residential (and some light commercial) HVAC systems-A/C split systems, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, rooftop package units Complete control and low-voltage wiring for HVAC systems Complete residential electrical panel upgrades Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls Train and supervise journeymen and apprentices on your team Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects Accompany electrical inspections when needed Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable technician to gain new referrals and repeated business.
Work alongside Installation Team to ensure the overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, and retreats. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. Requirements for our next Master Electrician: 5+ years of Residential Service experience (light commercial experience preferred, but not required) RI Master license required (MA Master License preferred, but not required) Proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines, and reading wiring diagrams Clean, safe driving record and ability to pass a background check Highly organized High integrity, exceptional communication, and social skills Proven ability to make solid customer connections and relate with customers positively Strong desire to improve professionally Team player NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
