- 104645 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Problem Resolution Specialist for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque or Davenport IA you will: Problem Resolution – Drive Precision Construction (grade control and other machine technology solutions) systemic and specific problem resolution including steps for identification, research, prioritization, and expedited corrective action execution.
Develop Others - Serve as a Precision Construction subject matter expert, enhancing performance in all areas of customer and product support through training, communication, and teamwork. Dealer Technical Assistance - Support dealers in technical resolution of complex issues, traveling
to investigate and resolve problems as situations dictate. Build Effective Relationships – Build a network and act as a liaison between internal and outside product users, such as channel partners and customers, providing technical support for all aspects of Precision Construction.
VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need 3 or more years’ experience building effective working teams and driving towards common goals in complex (and often competing) business situations. 3 or more years’ experience resolving complex and ambiguous problems using analytical and technical skills. 3 or more years’ experience learning new technologies and then effectively coaching both internal and external customers on the application and diagnostics of the technologies.
1 or more years' experience building relationships while fostering leadership, teamwork, and innovation across various functional areas and production system teams. Skill in interpersonal communications, and the ability to communicate complex topics to less-technical audiences. What Makes You Stand Out 1 or more years' experience utilizing grade control systems such as Topcon, Leica, Trimble technologies. 1 or more years' experience diagnosing technologies that utilize Global Navigation Satellite System information.
1 or more years' experience diagnosing and troubleshooting machine issues for electrical / software / hydraulic problems. 1 or more years' experience working with end customers and dealers directly.
